About billing.
What counts as a minute?
Each video you transcribe uses its length in minutes, rounded to the second: for a video with a separate voiceover, the final video's length; for audio only, the audio's; for text to reel, every 1,000 characters of script. Re-styling and exporting a video you've already transcribed is free.
When do minutes reset?
On Free, on the 1st of each month. On a paid plan, every month on the day your subscription started.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades start straight away and you only pay the difference for the current period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Your projects stay.
Do exports have a watermark?
Only on Free: a small "Made with Fontreel" in the corner. Paid plans export without it.
Which languages and fonts are included?
Hindi, Gujarati, Hinglish and English on every plan, with all 13 typefaces and 10 caption styles.
